Vintage Embossed Rim Red / Pink Transferware Platter Pastoral Scene Horse & Cart pastoral farm scene of Birmingham EnglandVINTAGE RED TRANSFER WARE PLATTER This pretty platter reminds me of one of John Constable's paintings, espcecially Salisbury Cathedral. The platter has a unique, beautiful embossed border. It is simply stunning! Very hard to find. Measures 13 1 4" Condition: No chips, cracks. There is only some crazing commensurate with age and a small brown spot on the rim as shown in the picture. John Constable's father was a wealthy Suffolk miller. Constable's
