They're crafted in silver and each feature the Blessed Virgin Mary standing on snakes on one side; the larger one featuring a star and flowers on the other along with the words "Congregation of the Children of Mary", the smaller one with an image of Pope Pius IX and "O Maria Concepita Senza Peccato Pregate Per Noi Che Ricordi Rianno A
