Hand harvested fruit undergoes 10 days of skin contact during native fermentation, followed by 12 months in neutral oak. The result is a medium bodied wine of uncommon complexity: intense aromas of red cherry, black plum, and blackberry with licorice and rose, balanced by fresh acidity and a gentle finish. Named
