Cristom Pinot Noir Willamette Valley, 2024 washington state fermented with native yeasts100% Organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir sourced from the legendary Cristom estate vineyards. The grapes are hand harvested, and vinified partially whole cluster for some of that Burgundian weight and "feel". The wine finally rests on its lees in mostly used oak for 9 months before bottling, for some added texture under that juicy raspberry and plum fruit character. This is outstanding fruit and overall wine for an insane value! Pair it with olive oil
