Varian VE-10 Vacuum Evaporator Digital Download Argus C3 449577The Varian VE 10 vacuum evaporator is a compact high performance automatic vacuum system designed for general use in research, electron microscopy and coating small optics. I have owned this machine for ~30 years and used it regularly for optical coating and thin film thermal evaporation. It was manufactured in ~1970 and is complete and working properly. It is fitted with a high voltage transformer to create a glow discharge, and a 15V, 100A power
