The right side overlaps the left with a series of three scallops pieces that fasten with stud-like buttons

Fabric is a very soft cotton with a slight sheen and wonderful drape. Bodice is fitted with extended shoulders forming a cap sleeve. Ballet neckline with a bow type draping over the bust. Very full skirt, can be worn with a crinoline. Back metal zipper closure and belt loops present. Excellent condition, very beautiful fabric. Shoulder: 17 1 4" to edges of cap sleeves Bust: 33" Waist: 25"
