“La Dolce Vita” is a tropical paradise home comprised of three separate buildings, surrounded by turquoise waters, located on the islands of Turks and Caicos. This beachfront villa sits on the soft, warm sands of Pumpkin Bay, North Caicos. Features of this custom 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury home include two master suites, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, large covered porches, ornate pergolas, a ceramic tiled pool with infinity edge and Caribbean panoramic views from multiple locations. North Caicos is 41 square miles and is populated with approximately 1500 residents. It is 12 miles northeast of Providenciales (Provo) where the International Airport hub is centered for Turks and Caicos Islands. Daily ferry service and boat charters are available, make North Caicos easily accessible.
“This is an unprecedented offering,” said Warren A. Ward, President and CEO of Albert Burney Inc., “to present a luxury, custom built Caribbean home – that has never even been on the market – at absolute auction. It’s the opportunity of a lifetime”
The secluded hideaway of North Caicos is one of the last undiscovered spots on earth. It is truly a paradise where life becomes untimed and unstructured. Miles of white sand beach are protected from the Atlantic by a coral reef, providing the perfect place to scuba dive, snorkel, swim, kayak and fish.
La Dolce Vita sold on Saturday, February 18th at ABSOLUTE AUCTION. The auction took place at the property site at 11:00 a.m. with 12 international bidders from three countries battling for the right of ownership. The successful bid of $1.4 million was submitted from a family out of Boston, MA.
This auction is a joint venture between Albert Burney Inc. and Avalon Partners, Ltd.
