350 Acres on Molalla River Sold at Auction

CANBY, Ore. — Albert Burney Auction Company continued its streak of successful auctions along the West Coast Saturday with its sale of approximately 350 acres along the Molalla River in Clackamas County for $2.1 million.

The sale paves the way for the  sale of seven luxury home sites in the exclusive Santa Lucia Preserve, as the Albert Burney auction heads back to Monterey County, where the company sold a 104-acre ranch or $1.4 million. “Nothing beats having some momentum, and we have a lot of that at the moment,” said Warren Ward, president of the auction company, which attracted 13 bidders Saturday for the auction of the Oregon land, located along the Molalla River.
